Welcome to our bed & breakfast.
For your comfort, we have set up three spacious, soundproofed rooms, decorated with sobriety to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation during your business trips or your tourist stays.
Our three bedrooms are soundproofed and equipped with super king-size beds (200x200), heating/air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. We provide bed and bath linen.
For your relaxation, the large-screen Smart TV will allow you to watch your favourite programmes.
All our rooms have a free Wi-Fi connection so you can work in comfort.
Our car park is free, private, closed and under video surveillance.

Rooms will only be available from 5pm, and keys will be given to you as you settle into your room.

1 day before the arrival date: no charge
The arrival date before 2pmor in case of no-show without prior notice by the traveller after 10 pm: 100% of the first night of the reservation.
Cancellation requests without charge will be accepted only in the case of "force majeure" situations confirmed and decreed by the competent authorities. All other cancellation requests will be treated as indicated above.
In the event of cancellations, deposits will not be refunded.
PREPAYMENT
We ask for a 25% doawnpayment. The balance of the booking to be paid on arrival.
We accept: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, V-Pay, American, Diner's Club, JCB, Union Pay, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, G-Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash (Euro), Contactless
ID card or booking confirmation to be presented on arrival.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
We do not require a deposit.
The room is equipped with a large screen Smart TV, the configuration of which should not be altered. No passwords should be applied without our express consent. If after your departure the system remains blocked due to your manipulation, the intervention of a technician might be charged extra.

Breakfast is included in the room rate but supplements (scrambled eggs, etc.) or special meals for health reasons (lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, etc.), religious or customary reasons are charged extra. In such cases, please contact us in advance.
Please note that if you bring your own food for breakfast, the room rate remains unchanged.

If this rule is not respected, we will charge the value of an extra person, and the stay in our house might be considered terminated without the right to a refund.
